Katie that was just wonderful. You did a great job on putting those clips together. It’s funny you bring up Emily, I was just thinking about her and was wondering if we would ever find out what really happened to her. Do we know what happened to her crazy sister? Rafe didn’t seem to eager to go after her after he got back or does he not know that she was the one who threw him into the ocean or river or where ever it was?

That was GREAT! I loved Luis and Sheridan…and I think it would be so awesome if the days writers brought ‘sheridan” on as Emily…I love all the passions stars on as characters on days…i think its awesome that they put the 3 of them in the same circle…brother/sister and Eric martsolf love interest…

I would love to see McKenzie come on as Emily.

@Lisa, Rafe mentioned to Arianna once he got back to Salem after being dumped in the river and nursed back to health by Carly that Meredith was stopped when she got off a plane in Florida because she was acting erratically and had been institutionalized. I’m a big fan of Rafe’s and would like to know his backstory. Everything got put on the back burner because of the Sydnapping story that seemed like it was never going to end. Now that it has come to an end they can get back to telling us more of Rafe’s past. Of course, first we have to get through the “EJ shot in the head” storyline.

I cannot WAIT to hear the truth about what really went down. I still believe there’s something shady about Rafe’s past….can’t wait for it all to unfold. GREAT POST.

My theory with Emily is that she’s not dead at all and Rafe knows exactly where she is he hid her. When Arianna first arrived in town she made it seem like she had something to do with whatever happened to Emily because I think she said something to Rafe like, you can’t tell sami you can’t do that to me(i’ll have to check to see what was actually said). So that makes me think maybe they were involved in the drug thing together and somehow Emily got in trouble with one of the higher ups because of Ari and is now either in witness protect or Rafe & her staged the car crash so everyone would think she’s dead and to hide her.

Either that or Emily could’ve been ISA and was working undercover which is why it was so hard for Sami to find any info on Emily. It would be real interesting if the Dimeras, Kirkiakes, or Alamains were the drug family they were involved with.

I’m starting to wonder if the writers are going to bring Emily up again or if that’s going to be one of those storylines that we are supposed to forget ever happened like with Owen(who I don’t think had been brought up since he escaped).

Thanks everyone for the kind comments! Like everyone else it’s really starting to bother me that we don’t know what happened to Emily. Especially considering what Meredith tried to do to Rafe. So I made this vid in the hopes of getting TPTB to wake up and tell us already!

Ron, good question…I hope the Emily thing isn’t something we’re supposed to forget. It seems like it’s been brought up enough that something should become of it. (And I agree, I bet she’s alive).

Jennifer, it made it 9 years in a time when soaps were losing popularity and ratings were sliding across the board…I’d say they did pretty well. And this isn’t about Passions. Like I said in the summary by the video, it was either these clips or hand puppets. Nothing in me wanted to try try my hand at puppets.

I wish they would bring LUCAS back too. Miss him. Still wish someone would shoot rafe and sammi. AM SICK SICK SICK of her. Writers please do something with her and Stephanie,very bad acting and tired of all three of them. The real sammi would have married E.J. and become Queen of salem. More like Stephano or Victor.

Susan and Renae, I would also love Lucas back. I loved his relationships on the show. And with Jen coming back it’d be even better to have Lucas. I always felt like the bro/sis thing between the two of them was never explored enough.

I’m having such fun watching the story unfold. I know we all like to give the writers a good beating on occasion, but I gotta say I’m loving DOOL right now. The writers are giving ME the beating and I’m saying “yes sir, may I have another.”

OMG, I asked this question a while back. What ever happend with Rafe’s ex-wife and why was it such a big deal and then dropped. He needs a dark past, so Sami can dump him. I am not a Rafe fan. “Lumi all the way”

That was hilarious! I still think Emily is alive. She should come back and go after man. That way Sami will be dumped. Oh wait, how about Emily is the one who killed Arianna? Didn’t Arianna say something about she was sorry for her part in Emily’s death? I can’t remember.

Esp b/c, you’re right, they basically said (or did come out and say, I don’t remember exactly) that Ari had some responsibility in her death (if she is dead). Sounded like Rafe might have had a hand in it too. That must be the truth….Rafe is actually a serial killer, luring unsuspecting women to marry him before he kills them

Alicia E, thanks and lmao on the ‘they’re giving me the beating right now’! I agree DOOL is pretty good right now. But for me they need to start moving the chains to get the right ppl together (ie, breakup Mel&Phil, Steph&Nathan, Chloe&Dr.Dan). They get these balls rolling (only takes 1 pin to knock down all 3 of these couples) and I will be much happier. Also when Jen comes back, it will be great Any ideas where she’ll be living? With Bo&Carly perhaps? lol

Safe finally made me not watch the show. Not really interested in the Safe thing and the rest of the couples are boring as they stand now. Just my opinion, though.

I hope they tell us what happened to Emily. Its been killing me for years.

Oooh, that would be amazing if Rafe was a serial killer! I would love Rafe more if he was evil. Maybe Nicole is next after he tries to kill Sami? Emily come back!
