My bro’s GF dumped him for my bro’s best friend and roommate!!! They are now back together. Don’t ask me how, their life is more dramatic than a soap opera. And before my brother, his GF was dating my bro’s high-school best friend (and yes they are also still very good friends). They are of course not married (yet), but then again they are only 20.

hmm…that smiley looks like it’s happy, it’s supposed to be sticking it’s tongue out….btw, I don’t understand my brother’s relationship w/her…..she seems nice, well, until she told him she wasn’t sure who she wanted to be with, him or his best friend……I’m not her biggest fan at the moment.

I love Safe. Not even gonna lie. HOWEVER, Rafe not letting Sami and EJ have their time with Sydney and the need to know right away who kidnapped her and how EJ found her is a bit much. I mean, I get why he asked when he asked (how odd to just arrive with a baby that’s been missing for too long), but it could’ve waited a bit.

hahaha, Jabie, I totally want to see Chloe push Carly off a cliff, That would be GREAT….Carly will live, & no charges will be filed, but yup…Chloe needs that ONE moment of whacko where she takes control and does what she REALLY wants to do to Carly! That’ll push Daniel away (prob) and Philip will be waiting to console her!!!

btw, I think Dr. Dan has a shot w/Stephanie, lol, Carly-Rafe, Nathan-Melanie, Philip-Chloe, and Dr. Dan-Stephanie, haha…..what can I say they’re the oddballs out….there’s no one else left for them!

…on the pier today, I just kept saying, “Just give her a little push Chloe! You know you want to, right into the water…..”, lol, ah well, maybe eventually I’ll get my wish.

And I agree that Phelanie are a joke for all the reasons Jabie mentioned – and that it makes Philip seem like a skeevy pervert every time he touches his little child bride. Ugh.

I don’t think Phillip is a pervert. He really loves Melanie. I think she loves him too, but is infatuated with Nathan. I really love Melanie, tho, whoever she is with. She is one great little actress!

I am so happy that Phloe is looking like a real possibility. I know that it may be just me – but I think Nadia is really bringing Chloe back — Ilook forward to seeing her performances. I hope she and Phil wrestle with the prospect of their childhood (teen) love and friendship re-emerges. Very soapy- as some say.

I am also liking character of Daniel for the very first time in his tenure on the show. I am hoping for a love relationship to deveop with Carly. His first age appropriate relationship!

You know they have announed Jessica Tuck is coming to the show. She is a great actress from what I saw of her on Judging Amy. I canoot imagine that they are bringing her on the show jsut to be Chad’s Mom. Perhaps, there will be a problem with her family and specifically her husband – that Rafe can help and rescue. I would like to see Jessica also become friends with Carly ( She needs a few. ) and then We can have more interactions with Rafe, Calry, Dr Dan, and Jessica Tuck’s character. Not necessarily a quadrangle – or may possibility a quadrangle. Anyway – it will be a new configuration of characters interacting!

Poor Nathan. He seems out in the cold at the moment. But her needs to get himself together. He is embarking on a medical career – he cannot jsut be running around like a sad puppy. he is Tom Horton’s grandson, after all. He needs to call it quits with Steph. I still vote to have her return to school ( accedlerated ) and return as a psychologist or psychiatrist in the image of a young Laura Horton type character. Then, in time, we can maybe see her with someone else. But I am sik of her bouncing back between just a few of the same guys – we have been there and done that tooooo many times now to ever make it interesting!

I am hoping that Hope and Justin will flirt and then Adrienne will return to claim her husband. That willl be great angst. And set Hope and Bo up for a reunion after his hiatus. Love Hope and she deserves a good sl.

I believe that Sami may accept moving the Dimera Mansion to help the family heal. That shound be the nail in the coffin for Safe. Sami needs to find her backbone and go back to work where she can build self confidence. I think EJ is headed for a major meltdown with guilt and more. Perhaps, it is so bad that he is afraid to show Stefano – but he does she Sami and she realizes that he has been pushed too far and her feelings are rekindled and she helps him recover. Eventually finding out the truth of the awful deceptions he has perpetrated. But she wants to protect EJ from Stefano’s wrath.

And if Days is offiially renewed. I pray for a few addl sets that can stay up. Amy and Jabie are right – the industrial pier has become busier than Grand Central Station. Jsut like Brady Pub was a few months ago. Surely Sony or NBC can pitch in and help — may be they can reincarnate the Sydnap Cabin into a new set now.

For Alice’s sendoff they are going to have to bring back Tom and Alice’s house. That house is a part of the show jsut like the characters that love Alice. I am hoping for the living room, hall and kitchen sets!

Ok, I admit I have insomnia tonight. I think if the stars align this spring with a Phloe reunion and Nathan and Steph focusing on anything but each other. We may be able to have an interesting sl with Melanie and Chad!!! Yah, Chelanie. They need to build up a sl for summer when younger viewers will be tuning in. I am not getting the Mia, Will, Chad triangle. I think younger audiences would tune in – if Chelanie could show some of the fun and light heartedness they did in the Days dance-off videos etc. I am snot suggesting a video – but use the chemistry Days!!!

Also, congrats to Jabie about his theatrical career!! Who knew…Perhaps you could have a walk-on as Daniel’s brother – a prominent psychologist who can help EJ, Mel, and Chloe while being a mentor to Psych Student Stephanie!!

They dangled the carrot in oct 2008 with philip admitting he loved chloe but not telling chloe! then it was dropped.
Theres something so authentic and natural with jay and nadia ….where they just come to life and sparkle around each other. It is just unmatched with their current pairings. And is so agree abiut age appropriate…Dan belongs with a woman closer to his own age especially now he has a 19 year old daughter. Chloe is till young and vital and should not be any grown daughters step mommy. And melanie should not be married to anyone…she needs to be 19. Whether that is with Nathan or Chad i don’t mind either way…
Would love for them to use some phloe flashbacks …like the pier or Last blast 2000 or maybe have one of them walking where their tree was…or maybe “i need you” come on at the cheatin heart and they dance:p

I agree with Jabie about Phelanie. I was actually a Phelanie fan up until Phillip dropped her like a hot potato for Stephanie after they slept together and he had made her all those promises. That just sunk the ship for me (now I’m all about Nathan/Melanie and can’t wait for them to find out about the letter), and though he is being sweet to her now..I don’t know I feel like he’s not fitting with all the changes happening to her life. The bottom line is they shouldn’t be married. Melanie is too young to be married! Melanie and I are the same age and I know I’m no where near ready to get married.

I want Phole too. They were always so good together. Nathan belongs with Melanie–not sure about Stephanie-but maybe someone new needs to move to town for her.

I Don’t think Ejami will happen. Safe are still in love–he just has to realize what Sami did was for her baby. Rafe will figure out what Ej has done and he will bust it wide open. My main hope is that Ej actually gets punished (big time) for what he did.
AND as for kissing on top Sami’s head–that was sickening to me–certainly not done with any love, knowing what we know about that man~!

I think it will come out that Sami never actually loved Rafe at all but was so defeated by everything happening to her this past year that she has been in coma like state and it was easy to let Rafe boss her around and make all the decisions. She is starting to emerge now and make some decisons on her own and that won;t sit well with ole Rafe Poo. Rafe will eventually see exactly what Lucas finally did and that was that Sami despite all her protestaions to the contrary has EJ’s initials carved in her heart. She will cling to every other man but that man has to make room for EJ and that never works. I am looking forward to Sami getting her mojo back and ripping EJ a new one when she finds out the whole truth. He won;t back down and it will be passionate fireworks where hopefully they will finally be honest with each other. Rafe is now in the Lucas role only Sami actually did love Lucas, she just was in love with EJ, warts and all. I’ve been waiting forever to get to this place as an Ejami . I just wish I could stomach Rafe as he totally brings every scene down with his wooden one note performance. Lucas was funny and entertaining as an adversary while Rafe is smug condescending and an annoying all the time with no relief.

I actaully am torn about Philip with Melanie. I hate the rush to the altar but love Philip’s devotion to her now. Nathan is alittle too weak for me and now that he has been with Stephanie he is tainted as another in a long line of loser’s . I almost prefer Chloe and Philip because they are both HO’s while Melanie is really too immature to be married. Dr Dan and Carly have chemistry and I love him as a dad to Melanie. Still holding out for a Melanie and Brady love story after he has been sliced and diced by Nicole and Melanie has emerged as a strong woman with the love of a family. They have the buildup, history and chemistry to be romantic and not sleezy.

Okay you wanted to know and yes that has happened to me! This is truly my soap opera moment in life….

My hubby dated a girl for two years before we got together. We had known each other since Jr. High so falling into a serious relationship with him was easy to do and we got serious fast. We had been dating for three months when the ex came back and announced she was pregnant! My (now) hubby being the stand up kind of guy he is, dumped me to do the right thing and marry her. I was CRUSHED!!! After six months together her mother let it slip to his mother that the baby may not be his. He was miserable from day one so when his mother reported to him what was said he started really asking questions. A few days later he came home from work to find her gone along with everything included his clothes! She admitted in divorce court the baby wasn’t his and she had lied to him because the guy that got her pregnant was a loser and she knew my hubby was a good guy and from a good family and would take care of her and the baby! The judge really let her have it! Of course they went their separate ways.

Needless to say we got back together with in a few weeks and we have been happily married for 18 years with two kids (that are his! lol) and a cat!

Joanie, Agree again. I really feel that Rafe is too good, aka boring, for Sami. But maybe Rafe needs a new love interest to bring him to life.
I thought I was going to crack up watching Roman tilt that head back when Rafe asked how all this happened. Roman actually makes me laugh alot with his stupid looks and comments. He is such a baffoon.
Jabie, I know you want to be Daniel. But I think you were born to play a villian. I would have cast you as Doc Baker. Younger and better looking of course.
Amy, I think it’s a testament to MB’s acting that I can’t make up my mind either. Phelanie or Mathen? I just don’t know.

OK–with Jabie talking about his film appearance, it got me thinking. Wouldn’t it be great if you guys got a walk-on part in a Days ep? You deserve it! I think us DaysTalk fans should start petitioning Ken Corday to invite you on. Maybe you could spill some coffee on Melanie at Java?

The only thing I have to say today is what the HECK is up with the coat Carly is wearing? Could it be any bigger on her? They need to give her a new stylist in a bad bad way!!!!

Amy I so agree. Carly has the worst clothes. She always looks frumpy. She is not as good looking as Hope as long as they keep Hope covered up so she looks like she has alittle meat on her bones.. Carly has a great figure and very pretty eyes but her hair and clothes really look too plain .

My ex dumped me for this chick…not a ex of hers…but I ended up with the one she dumped me for!
