Guys it’s Ej who will tell to sami about Nicole’s miscarriage !!
But in my opinion : the writers will concoct us a twist with Sami on Nicole’s side (she doesn’t know Sydney is her baby and she thinks Nicole is kind now), she will persuade Ej to forgive Nicole and to fight against Chad to keep Sydney… Of course she will totally change her mind when she will discover that actually Sydney is HER daughter !!! At this time it will be november sweeps and she will want kill Nicole ! You will see…

I have the perfect ending to the whole ej nichole baby swap. They would have to bring back susan banks(Ej’s mother). Rafe would escape looking for sami. He goes to the convent and sister mary moyer is there. Susan’s twin. He tells her the whole story she of course calls susan. Susan finds out how evil Ej is and comes back to kidnap the baby. When sami finds our its hers, she and ej go out and hunt for sydney and fall in love. When ej finds susan with the baby she shoots him and says her grandaugter will never end up like him or stephano. Hows that for an ending

I LOVE the Susan theory. I’ve been waiting for her to show up. I miss the days when the cast went on “adventures” to various locations such as Louisiana, Ireland, Italy, etc.
