I have two theories as to what happened to Emily. Rafe killed her. Something like Rafe was driving and they got into an accident and Emily died, so he thinks it’s all his fault and whatever. Or Meredith killed her. I think Meredith is/was in love with Rafe and she and Emily were having some sort of argument about him and Meredith killed her. Not on purpose though. She pushed her and Emily hit her head like what happened with Nick and Willow. But probably the one with Rafe which is why he doesn’t want to tell Sami.
