This senerio never occured to me, but it would make a lot of sense. I kind of like the thought of Rafe being Chad’s dad and Grace’s grandfather.

Unless Mia was adopted also then Emily couldn’t be her mom because her mom is still alive. When Mia and her cousin were saying that Mia had to move out they said something about her moving in with her mom so it would have to possibly be that Rafe is Chad’s dad but then again we would have to find out that he was adopted or raised by someone other then his parents. I have seen so many posts saying Rafe is Mia’s dad or he is related to Grace somehow which could possibly be true but they also have to realize that anyone can get that attached or love a baby that much within 5 months very easily. I have to one that wasn’t even mine & it hurts that much & more when you lose them.

I am not sure about this story line. It has caught me off guard. However, I have noticed that Raf has more gray hair lately. Maybe you are all right on..

Rafe is Grace’s grandfather? NO WAY.. He still look so young to be a grandpa!

I saw Chad on Friday’s cliffhanger’s story.. Wonder who Chad is? as same with Nathan, Maggie’s grandson… how they relate to?

I think this is a bad theory. There has been enough info. released on the show to know for a fact that Rafe has no biological children. He’s said it many times. Also we know that Mia’s mother is alive.

wow. thats aawesome. i think it may be true. it doesnt have any direct evidencebut it is crazy and twisted enough to be on DOOL. imagine that…thats so awesome… rafe may have just lied about not having chilldren. If mia finds out that her babys grandfather is her friends mom’s boyfriend shell be like “wtf”

Makes perfect sense and is a perfect scenario in Salem. I have been watching for over 25 years since 3rd grade and this is right in line with what could potentially happen. For the above bloggers that are not understanding the theory. Hypothetically, Chad is Rafe’s son, Chad is Mia’s baby (Grace) dad. That would make Rafe Grace’s grandad, hence the connection. Love it!

Never would have thought of it…but to introduce Chad at this point would really make this story line sizzle. Now where was Emily Hudson mentioned? I must have missed that episode.

I think that Emily was Rafe’s wife or fiance’ and I don’t think that Chad is Rafe’s son. Chad and Mia had baby Grace. Mia’s mom is still alive, remember when her couisin was movin and they suggested that Mia go back to her moms?

Chad could be Rafe’s son and Rafe may not have realized he had a child by mysterious Emily Hudson. Rafe may have more in common w/ EJ than he may think!

Could very possibly be! But not with Emily. I don’t think Rafe would lie about having children. But the scenario works. He’s not to young. LOok at sami and will. will and mia…. chad is probably the same age as the two of them. So it works. NOw the only way they would find out that grace is rafes granddaughter is if nicole fesses up. And I think that secret is about to pop because of nicoles conscience and her need to spite stefano. what better way than to turn his only living son against him. EJ would flip if he knew stefano kept this secret.
