Alright, I know soap operas take a lot of liberties, so I will try not to delve too deep into the idiosyncrasies here. But…… I have had a birth or two and I sure as can be did not jump right up with a flat belly (Nicole) or was not able to care for a stabbing victim (Sami).
Sami has been in the witness protection program for almost the entire duration of her pregnancy, yet she hasn’t thought of any names? I am guessing Rafaella. There is no doubt that there is a love saga unfolding between her and the hunky agent. I would be willing to bet that Sister Theresa is some form of mother figure to Rafe, either biological or as his caretaker during his stay at the convent orphanage perhaps?
Why does Bo not tell Hope his vision? Is there anyway your spouse and sibling could be in a potential shoot out and you would remain mum? I think not. Mayor Marino’s killer made a pretty impressive comeback from cardiac arrest. How is Hope going to help him escape? Will she lose objectivity over her close bud/sister-in-law Kayla? Is Bo going to show up to save the day? Will his commissioner job be on the line from how he handle’s this. Will he be the next Celeste? Solving crime in Salem through his psychic gifts?
I think Maggie needs to have a little call from the pot, “hello, it’s me kettle, who the hell are you calling black?” She was a friggin’ prostitute and she dares to say Chloe shouldn’t enjoy a little good love from the doctor? And with all of her psychology skills as a sponsor, should she not even advise Chloe to follow her heart/passion? Lucas and Chloe have the spark of…. oh, wait nothing!!! They remind me of other marriages that were so not right like Carrie and Lucas or Belle and Phillip. Lucas needs to find someone who is really into him. Surely by now he can tell the difference. Maybe he needs to see the new Drew Barrymore flick. I don’t think I’d mind if they wrote him off. And we know with Kate’s health, she will push them into a quickie marriage. Does Kate know? Will Daniel wisk Chloe away like a Bo and Hope romance all over again?
Nicole is one lucky chick. She surely will pull this stint off for a bit, just as EJ’s adoptive mother, Kristin, did. This is a complete parallel to the Kristen/John saga of the turn of the century. Nicole managed to get this far, and get a baby with the same DNA, I give this story line at least another 6 months to a year. I guess EJ wasn’t into feeling the baby kick, or for that matter video-taping the baby’s movements in the womb. That would have been hard to pull off! EJ wasn’t around for Sami’s postpartum recovery of the twins, so maybe he won’t notice she didn’t really give birth. He has been oblivious thus far.
Tomorrow- did Phillip look a little disappointed when Stephanie returned his affections? Please don’t make him into a guy who only wants what he can’t have. Did he not get enough of that with Belle?
